As it is a prank please do not spread it any more it is very harmful for the android phone .

How It Is Spreading.
As It is a V card So One person is sending to another person.
the victim is taking more interest by seeing name priyanka . it is spreading by whatsapp
as the victim save the contact in his/her phone contact  the work of the spyware begins.

What Does It do.
As the victim save the contact it replaces all the unsaved contact dialed contact, received contact, missed contacts to the name priyanka huh... the most deploy able thing happens to your phone.

How To Remove It From Your Phone.
remove this spyware without uninstalling whats app or without formatting your phone.
1) go To apps In Your android phone

2) Find your whatsapp app in your apps

3) now click on whatsapp and go to uninstall setting.

There You Will Find clear Data below uninstall button

5) after that restart your phone. wow It works

Prevention.
1) do not click on suspicious link given by friends
2) choose good antivirus.
